2. Description of Service

SMEaccounts provides cloud-based accounting software designed for micro, small, and medium businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Invoice management and creation
• Cash sales tracking
• Financial reporting (balance sheets, income statements)
• Customer and supplier management
• Bank reconciliation
• Accounts payable and receivable management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.3 Multi-User Access

Our system supports multiple users with the following access levels:

• Admin Users: Full read/write access and system control
• Write Users: Single user with read/write privileges at any given time
• Read-Only Users: Multiple users with view-only access

Only one non-admin user can have write privileges simultaneously. Admin users can override and transfer write privileges as needed.

5. Payment Terms

We offer a free trial period as indicated during registration. No payment information is required during the trial period.

5.3 Cancellation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMEaccounts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SMEaccounts is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
